1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "kax8", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the kax8 platform and its operating entity responsible for providing online betting and casino services to players in Bangladesh.
• "Platform" means the kax8 website accessible at kax8.io, including all pages, services, products, games, sportsbook markets, and account management features available thereon.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the kax8 platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a player on the kax8 platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used for all financial transactions on the kax8 platform within Bangladesh.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process kax8 requires of players before processing withdrawals or granting full account access.

References to "these Terms" include all supplementary policies published on the kax8 platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to and use of the kax8 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the player's use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kax8 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will require documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended.

• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that prevents you from participating in online betting or casino activities.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

kax8 reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for doing so. The kax8 platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only and is not a financial product or investment service.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kax8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password for your kax8 account and not reuse it across other platforms or services.
• Never disclose your kax8 login credentials to any other person, including family members, friends, or kax8 customer support staff. kax8 support will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• Notify kax8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any breach of your credentials, or any suspicious activity associated with your account.
• Log out fully from your kax8 account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared devices or public internet connections in Bangladesh.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not, until you have notified kax8 of any unauthorised access and kax8 has taken appropriate action to secure the account.

kax8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all platform connections and applies real-time session monitoring to detect unusual login patterns. Where a login attempt originates from an unrecognised device or IP address, kax8 may apply an additional SMS verification step to protect the account. However, these security measures supplement rather than replace the player's own responsibility to maintain account security.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the kax8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kax8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits are displayed within the kax8 cashier interface and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to a player's kax8 account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. kax8 does not charge any processing fees on deposits.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by the kax8 payments team within one to three business hours for fully KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawal processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the same account, or to a verified account belonging to the same player. kax8 will not transfer funds to a third-party account under any circumstances.
• kax8 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a bKash or Nagad account confirmation showing the registered mobile number matching the kax8 account.
• Funds deposited into a kax8 account must be wagered at least once before they become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement applies to real-money deposits only; bonus funds are subject to the separate wagering requirements described in Section 5.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

kax8 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions to players in Bangladesh from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific terms of the individual promotion state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a player's account only after the qualifying deposit or action has been successfully completed and verified by kax8.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of claiming additional welcome bonuses will be treated as a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Wagering contributions may vary by game type. For example, certain table games, live dealer games, or low-margin slots may contribute at a reduced percentage toward the satisfaction of a wagering requirement. Full contribution rates are published within the kax8 promotions terms.
• kax8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any active promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds credited but not yet subject to a completed wagering cycle will be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without satisfaction of wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the kax8 sportsbook or casino are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the player. kax8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been successfully placed and confirmed by the kax8 system, except in circumstances where kax8 determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• A "manifest error" is defined as an obvious and material mistake made by kax8 in setting odds, displaying game outcomes, or crediting winnings — including typographical errors, technical malfunctions, or system failures that result in clearly incorrect pricing. kax8 reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by a manifest error, at its sole discretion.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable kax8 sportsbook settlement rules for the relevant market type. Unsettled bets on abandoned events will generally be voided and the stake returned to the player's account unless stated otherwise in the market rules.
• Winnings from casino games and sportsbook bets are credited to the player's kax8 account balance immediately upon settlement. kax8 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit from any game or bet.
• kax8 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size, restrict a player's access to specific markets, or suspend a player's betting activity where kax8 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player is engaging in activity that distorts fair play, exploits a pricing error, or violates these Terms.
• Game outcomes in all kax8 casino titles are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by the respective game studios. kax8 does not control or influence game outcomes beyond the published Return-to-Player (RTP) ranges made available by the game providers.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the kax8 platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the kax8 platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or conduct any other account activity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, arbitrage exploitation, or any other activity that gives a player an artificial or unfair advantage over the kax8 platform or other players.
• Creating duplicate accounts, sharing accounts, or allowing any third party to use or access your kax8 account for any purpose.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents during the KYC verification process.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the kax8 platform, its software, design, or proprietary content without prior written consent from kax8.
• Registering an account on behalf of a minor or assisting any person under the age of 21 in accessing, using, or placing bets on the kax8 platform.

kax8 employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the prohibited activities listed above. Where a violation is identified, kax8 reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities in Bangladesh, without advance notice to the player.

8 Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

kax8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their betting activity and maintain healthy gambling habits. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kax8 shall not be liable to any player for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or unavailability of the kax8 platform caused by technical maintenance, server outages, telecommunications failures, or circumstances beyond kax8's reasonable control.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from a player's use of or inability to use the kax8 platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of a player's account or data where the player has failed to maintain the security of their account credentials in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
• Any decision made by a player to place a bet, wager, or deposit, or any outcome resulting from a bet or game round on the kax8 platform.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in information displayed on the kax8 platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms, where kax8 has taken reasonable steps to ensure accuracy.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kax8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. kax8's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the kax8 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

kax8 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players in Bangladesh in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the kax8 platform and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a kax8 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• kax8 collects personal data including name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, payment method details, and identity documents for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.
• kax8 does not sell, rent, or disclose player personal data to unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the provision of the kax8 service.
• Players may request access to their personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of their account data by contacting kax8 support. Certain data may be retained by kax8 for legal and compliance purposes even following an account closure request.

12 Amendments and Termination

kax8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kax8 will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a notice published prominently on the kax8 platform. Continued use of the kax8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Players who do not agree with any amendment to these Terms may close their kax8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following satisfactory completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the kax8 platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the following dispute resolution process:
